Evidence policyJINXI coordinates production through vetted partner facilities. Partner equipment and certificates are not presented as JINXI-owned assets. Evidence is supplied for the confirmed item or project on request and under NDA where needed.
1. Capability matrix

| Quality controls | Drawing review, material verification, first-article approval, in-process checks, final inspection and lot traceability. |
| Inspection resources | Partner measurement resources may include CMM, optical comparator, roughness tester, coating-thickness gauge and torque/tensile equipment. Availability is confirmed per project. |
| Export documentation | Commercial invoice, packing list, shipping marks, HS-code support, origin information and item-level material/compliance declarations where applicable. |
| Trade terms | FCA Foshan or DAP named place by quotation. First-order payment normally T/T 30% deposit / 70% before shipment. |
| Logistics | Shipment is arranged with the buyer’s forwarder or JINXI’s as agreed. There is no EU warehouse yet; EU deliveries require an appointed GPSR responsible person. |
| Warranty & claims | Inspect on arrival and notify obvious defects within 7 days. A 12-month workmanship/material window applies to B2B lots, excluding wear, misuse or post-order specification changes. |
2. Documents available per order
- Approved drawing revision and dimensional inspection report
- Material or mill certificate where available
- RoHS / REACH declaration where applicable
- CE documentation where the product and directive require it
- Third-party pre-shipment inspection arranged at buyer cost
- Commercial and packing documents for export clearance
3. What is not claimed
JINXI does not claim to own a factory, operate a laboratory, hold ISO 9001 in its own legal entity, or have an EU warehouse unless evidence is provided and the statement is updated. References to partner-network capabilities are not certificates owned by 佛山市今析信息科技有限公司.
4. EU readiness gate
Before the first shipment to the European Union, the manufacturer, safety documentation and an EU-established responsible economic operator under GPSR must be confirmed. No EU shipment should proceed while the responsible person is unappointed.
