How we work
How we work
before the first PO.
MOQ, samples, Incoterms, payment and warranty — written up front so engineering and purchasing can decide without a second call.
MOQ & samples
Typical MOQ 100 pcs for catalogue fasteners. Custom CNC / sheet-metal samples 1–5 pcs. Sample, tooling and freight are charged unless the quotation says otherwise.
Lead time & logistics
Standard parts 7–15 working days after confirmation; custom parts follow the process table. Default Incoterms: FCA Foshan or DAP named place. No EU warehouse yet.
Payment
T/T, 30% deposit / 70% before shipment on a first order. L/C may be considered after a track record. Title remains with the seller until paid in full.
Warranty & claims
Inspect on arrival; obvious defects within 7 days. 12-month workmanship / material window for B2B lots, excluding wear, misuse or post-order spec changes.

Under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR), products placed on the EU market must identify the manufacturer and, where the manufacturer is established outside the EU, an EU-based responsible person.
