Terms of sale
Draft for legal review · Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. Seller
Quotations and sales are issued by 佛山市今析信息科技有限公司 (Foshan Jinxi Information Technology Co., Ltd.), Unified Social Credit Code 91440606MADW7G7B60. JINXI is a trading and supply-chain brand, not a representation that the seller owns every production facility shown on this website.
2. Quotations, MOQ and samples
- A website form or catalogue listing is an invitation to treat, not an offer.
- A quotation is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Typical MOQ: 100 pcs for catalogue fasteners; 1–5 pcs for custom CNC or sheet-metal samples, subject to process.
- Sample cost, tooling, inspection and freight are charged unless a written quotation states otherwise.
3. Price, payment and delivery
- Default Incoterms: FCA Foshan or DAP named place, as confirmed in writing.
- Default payment: T/T, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment for a first order. L/C may be considered for subsequent orders.
- Lead times in the catalogue are typical working-day estimates, not guaranteed dates.
- Title remains with the seller until full payment is received.
4. Quality, inspection and warranty
- Inspection is performed at the partner facility before shipment. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer’s cost.
- The buyer must inspect goods on receipt and notify obvious defects in writing within 7 days of arrival.
- For B2B sales, the default quality claim window is 12 months from shipment for workmanship and material, excluding wear, misuse, modification or specification changes after order confirmation.
- Liability is limited to replacement, repair or a documented credit, at the seller’s option, excluding consequential loss unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Compliance
CE, RoHS, REACH, mill certificates and other documents are provided only where applicable to the confirmed item and available from the manufacturing partner. An EU Responsible Person under GPSR will be appointed before the first EU shipment. Until that appointment, EU-bound goods will not be shipped.
6. Governing law
Unless a signed contract states otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory product-safety rules of the destination country.
