4. Retention and recipients
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, fulfil a contract, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Files attached to an inquiry are stored with its record and used only to evaluate and quote.
5. International transfers
The controller is established in China. If personal data from the EU/EEA is transferred outside the EEA, the applicable transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards must be documented before processing begins.
